The support contract for this PBX deployment has expired

This is popping up on the dashboard.
This is a fully up to date activated deployment.
I am not using any commercial/paid modules.
Deleting the notification re-running checking for updates and rebooting does not fix it.
Keeps coming back.
Anyone else seeing this?
Also how do I go about clearing it?

The support contract for this PBX deployment has expired. To continue receiving support, please renew the support contract.

A few people have seen this, basically most had to get a new ID, and have (so far as I know) not been annoyed with this crap since, though, this is only in past few months, so who knows what will happen in another 6 months time.

Yes its yet another failure of sangoma’s developers, no, its not your fault or anything you did.

Thanks.
I will deal with it.

Also the post appears to have been “flagged & hidden” with zero communication to me on why.
I appreciate you taking the time to answer.
It appears they are hiding stuff like this and not keeping it open.

It looks like it is unhidden now and visible.
I verified this with a separate not logged in session.
So all good now.
But that went on for a number of hours without any communication to me on it.
Left me with a really odd impression.

Probably will not be a big deal to get it all sorted.

But in my case it is customer facing.
I have to explain it to them on a system I built out for them.
It is setup and activated to be able to purchase commercial modules in the future as they may need them.
The notice does not really bother me personally at all.

To be transparent, your post was never flagged or hidden. The only action taken was by me to move it from the “FreePBX” category to the “Sangoma” category as it is activation/support contract/commercial/has to do with the Sangoma commercial component. I do this to try to keep the forum posts organized as most people just put everything in the FreePBX category, which defeats having specific categories for things.

There is a flagged post from another individual on this thread due to the use of AI generated text.

Agreed.

From this forum’s Code of Conduct specifically the Post Only Your Own Stuff section:

You may not post output from Large Language Models without giving them proper credit eg. “I copied this from …”

This issue is being sorted out with the other user who’s post was flagged.

Thanks,
I was confused as there was a single reply early on and it said “This post was flagged by the community and is temporarily hidden.”

I totally misunderstood this as my own post being flagged and hidden by that user.
And thought the post might have been on hold for some reason.
I was wrong!
Sorry about that!
