For some reason, no matter how many times I click “delete this,” the error won’t get removed from the dashboard permanently. It comes back after a couple hours. I thought this was some kind of advertisement to buy a support contract because it wouldn’t go away. I’ve never bought a support contract, so I don’t know how it expired.

Have you purchased anything from Sangoma ?
I think I remember there being a free trial for support or something, and I might’ve used that. But I never actually paid for anything
I just setup a brand new PBX for one of my clients, and I’ve got the exact same error that won’t go away. As you say, it is an advertisement to buy the support contract and make the error go away. It seems new with FreePBX/Asterix 22, my older with Asterix 21 doesn’t have this advert… ehhhh error.
If anyone has a solution, I’d appreciate it.

Additionally: Did you activate the system with any (old?) Deployment ID ?

Answer is no. It’s a brand new install with a brand new deployment ID, freshly activated on April 11. Nothing ever purchased from Sangoma.
Something wrong with activations?
Seems like different issues bubbling up in different modules.
I just deactivated my PBX and reactivated it with a different deployment ID. The error was still there on the dashboard when I got back in. I cleared it now, I’ll see if this helps. Should I use a different Sangoma Portal account when I activate? Is this error tied to an account?
Edit: this seems to have worked! It finally went away, tested with reboot
You can have multiple different deployment IDs in the same single portal account - that’s a feature not a bug
