To whom it may concern,

Who do I speak with regarding deactivating licenses and zend resets. I currently do not have a support contract. Is that something I will need to purchase in order to release the licenses? The deployment ID is out of resets. Just let me know where I need to go. Thanks!

Most of these questions should be answered in our wiki on How to Move a Deployment ID to a new PBX. If not let us know.

The problem is we are out of Zend resets, so I think I need to talk to support. Thanks so much for your timely response
