User control panel - Cannot add call history widget

I have a very minimal setup with a FreePBX installation on Debian 12. I have three extensions numbered 11, 12 and 13 with only extension 11 set to receive incoming calls, have a voicemail and also have user control panel access. When I login to the UCP for extension 11 and try to add a Call History widget to the dashboard, I am getting an error - “There was an error. Please see the console log for more details”.

The browser console shows the following errors:

Internal Server Error: Undefined variable $scribeModuleStatus jsphpg_b010f040d71d00083c04dbcd3450bd73.js:2078:92

I tried removing and reinstalling the extensions but it still did not work. Can someone please help me figure out what to fix so that I can add the Call History widget to the dashboard? I am able to add all other widgets without problem.

Please try with cdr v17.0.4.26

fwconsole ma downloadinstall cdr --tag=17.0.4.26
fwconsole chown
