We had same issue on PBXact system using cdr v16.0.4.25

fwconsole ma downloadinstall cdr --tag=16.0.46.26
fwconsole chown
fwconsole reload

You may also need to update the voicemail module

fwconsole ma downloadinstall voicemail --tag=16.0.62
fwconsole chown
fwconsole reload

Installed both as recommended. This worked on our server. Thank you so much! That was above and beyond.
