i don’t think there is a solution with asterisk 16. i know only up to 11. be advised, that i’m talking about asterisk 11!, not 1.1

my asterisk is Asterisk 16.3.0 , so we can’t let this adapter work ?
no. nothing above 11 will work. but you have a modern asterisk. you can have a developer make it work by working with zoho’s api
last time i’ve checked, this module doesn’t support call popup and click2dial, only call records and call recording
I already bought this Module ,but it’s not worked well with Zoho CRM, call recording not uploaded and sometimes not update the activities also, and sometimes the call activities uploaded Incorrectly…
Sangoma Support knowing this issue and they tried to fix this issue.
