I am new to working with FreePBX trying to clear picture of how different integrations can be set up .I have been going through the docs but some parts feel a little confusing so I thought I want to ask here for some real user experiences.
I am interested in knowing how FreePBX integrates with third party tools that teams often use for project management or workflow tracking For example has anyone here tried connecting FreePBX with platforms such as Jira or Slack If so what does the process look such as Do you need to rely heavily on APIs or are there plugins available that simplify the setup.
Also I came across some posts that mention syncing call logs & notifications with external dashboards which sounds pretty useful. If you have done this could you share how smooth the process was I finished a short JIRA training so I want to know if that knowledge could help me with this integration. Also i have check this Help Understanding "Hints" with FreePBX13/A*13 still need your help.
Any advice tips or resources would be appreciated.
