How to configure external 4 numbers (GSM mobile phone numbers ) with a strategy(Random, Linear,Fewest Calls )? Users can’t use extension numbers. A incoming call only received her mobile phones.
As result all mobile user received equal incoming calls in period time (in Month).
Follow me option is working but not full compatible my requirement. If queue can included external number then all problems solved ?
is it possible in Freepbx platform ?

I’ve been looking at adding a mobile / cell phone to a queue and wanting it to ring if there’s no answer in the queue for 20 seconds. This would be just via typing the number to honour the outbound route, in the “Static Agents” field.
The problem I’ve got is, I don’t want all extensions ringing to stop ringing for a second just to start ringing the mobile (I want the agent timeout to be unlimited).
Is this possible? Or a limitation in FreePBX?

We have a tech that is on call after hours. If someone calls after hours, it goes to an IVR that allows them to press a button to get access to the on call tech. The way I am doing this presently is by sending that call to a queue. The on call tech logs into the queue, makes sure that they have find me follow me enabled on their extensions (with all the right settings) and it goes to their cell phones.
