I have a freshly installed FreePBX distro which won’t boot. I installed to KVM on Proxmox VE 5.1. I’m using SNG7-FPBX-64bit-1712-2.iso and chose the recommended Asterisk version (13).
Install went smoothly, but during boot I see lots of failures. It eventually stops at:
This is the second install - the first time it behaved the same way.
I’ve been using FreePBX on KVM / Proxmox for years without any issues like this.
Any tips?

Sorry, gold fish memory!
FreePBX doesn’t like to be installed onto Virtio storage. Switching to SCSI type storage in KVM settings resolves this.
I’m trying to install the latest stable FreePBX distro (SNG7-FPBX-64bit-1710-1.iso) as a virtual machine (KVM).
This is on a Proxmox 5.0 host system. I already have an older version of FreePBX working fine on an older Proxmox install elsewhere, so I know it can work.
After the installation completes without issue, the system halts on reboot as shown below in the first screenshot. The errors look disk / filesystem related. I’ve done the install twice now on different underlying disks, but same …
