I recently restored from FreePBX 15 to new hardware on FreePBX 17 using the Beta ISO posted by Sangoma. I’m able to view old CDR reports from before the restore, but I’m not seeing any new calls in the CDR Reports. This also is affecting the call history on phones as well. Does anyone have any ideas? I’ve confirmed CDR is enabled in Advanced Settings with Enable CDR Logging being enabled.

Sangoma P-series phones don’t keep call history locally, they use API calls to fetch from the server.
They left out that part. I guess details like that matter.
FYI, I had the same issue when we migrated from PBXAct16 → 17. I opened a ticket with Sangoma report, and the answer was to upgrade to the latest edge modules:
fwconsole ma upgradeall –edge
After that, doing an fwconsole reload and we eventually restarted and it started working. This was also effecting the Queue reports as well.
Also, be sure to check your partitions. By default, they sized the partitions proportionally using the ISO. I had to add additional space to various partitions, in order for the system to work. So, make sure you have space free.
