After 14 upgrade, fax and call logging not working

(I am assuming we are talking of a distro upgrade here…)

I either get an error 16 when trying to send a fax, or it tries to dial for several minutes and then fails with an “unknown error” message.

Maybe this problem:

FreePBX 14 - Can't send FAX through FAXPro anymore

After upgrading to FreePBX 14 (Distro) I can’t send FAXes through UCP anymore - it gives the following: [image] If you click on the PDF Icon to look at it, you get “File not found” on a blank web page - Where does it go when it is uploaded? I am guessing the folder either doesn’t exist, or it’s permissions are borked. Also went back and looked - The file is at least being uploaded - if you click the link after you upload it, it shows - so it looks like the handoff to Asterisk is where it is …

Can you try a

yum install libtiff-tools

?

When I try to run either either CDR or Call Event Logging, a get a completely empty log, i.e. no calls, even though many were made and received.

You have calls which were made before the upgrade, right?

(otherwise the table might be crashed…)

Hi! Which problem? There were more than one here… If CDR is not working (I think this is what this is about), please take a look at this: (an earlier post in this thread) and this (My guess with what you posted is that THIS is your problem…) and for more information this: If you have the missing asterisk*-odbc package problem, we would need your help to provide the upgrade logs you have on your system… Good luck and have a nice day!
