502 Bad Gateway error when trying to access UCP

UCP Login 502 Error

When I try to login to the UCP, it gets stuck on processing. I check the web page console by pressing F12, and it says 502 gateway error. When I try to reload the page, it no longer loads and the browser gives me a another 502 error. I tried to restart UCP but that didn’t work either. It still gave me a 502 error after the initial hanging after I pressed enter. The only way to at least get the UCP page to load again (that I know of) is by restarting the machine. fwconsole stop && fwconsole start …

Make sure all the modules are latest if not upgraded, also please share web browser console log and /var/log/asterisk/ucp_error.log see if any error in that.

I checked another computer on the same network and it does work, so I don’t know what the root cause why it’s blocked on my main PC, can possibly be SSL cert from org or something, but’s its definitely not a bigger issue.

question is how can i add a certificate bundle if necessary, or how can I debug what the root cause may be?

I see it logs the ip from the filter provider

/var/log/asterisk/ucp_error.log doesn’t have anything when I try to log in, it has a very old log
