Similar to this Test Zulu System where I’ve "purchased the free license but it wont let me use the module. I dont know if it has to do with the fact that someone purchased the full license years ago and never renewed or if there’s some other reason that the one I just purchased today expired a year and a half ago.
Do I need to have someone at support remove this license? Or is the free version no longer working?
I suspect that you got the free trial license in 2018 which expired in 2019; you can only get it once.
