Yealink T58 - direct call show preview - trought PBX no preview

I’ve tried out an akuvox doorphone that allow you to web call like this:
exten@ip:port

This way I’ve been able to get a working video preview on a Yealink T58A.

When I replace the dial string on the doorphone with:
pbxexten

The T58A get the call but no preview is shown, instead on a Fanvill phone the preview is shown.

Any advice is appreciated.

I’m using FreePBX 15.0.16.75
