Hi All, I’m getting an error page when posting various updates on my PBXact 17 system. Screenshot is attached, but this is always in reference to /var/www/html/admin/modules/cdr/Cdr.class.php
By seeing code looks like your user do not have default extension assigned so please check your user configurations.

Why is the function returning an empty array (if it is)? Why isn’t there better validation of this?

So, indeed it appears that not having an extension associated with a usermanager user DOES cause this issue. This is a v17 PBXact installation. I’ll have to look on an older system, but I’m fairly certain we’ve had users with no default extension so they could access other extension voicemails for instance.
I did discover that in Extensions, the user manager user WAS defined, but in user manager, it showed NO extension. I was unable to link the extension on the user manager page, but using bulk handler was able to set the extension. Once I did that (last night) and had a default extension for each user, I haven’t see the error page since.
Agreed though @BlazeStudios , that certainly shouldn’t be causing a complete Whoops page!
