What happened to extension selection

I was attempting to fix a DAHDI issue, and long story short, ended up needing to reinstall FreePBX fresh and restore from a backup.

I was able to get the phones up and running, but one thing that I noticed is missing is voicemail selection.

I can leave voicemails, but in the past, I could send a call directly to an extension’s unavailable or busy message.

Now after the backup/restore, that option is gone, and it broke all of my IVRs.

Is it a package I can install extra or what happened? I’m still on FreePBX 13.

Sorry for the dumb question. I do a daily full backup of the system, but for some reason, when restored, the voicemails for extensions were not enabled. Enabling them fixed that.
