What about Software for handle call?

I am a new user of Freepbx and successfully configured extensions. But now I wonder how can manage the calls to handle for windows users?
For example if someone called to it, operator how can save this call type as prank call, duplicated, or support and more?
I mean is there any software than can handle for calls to be connected with Freebpx?

What you are asking for it’s something similar to a CRM, or maybe I misunderstood.
You don’t have any Softphone where you can tag call types (not that i’m aware)

I am not sure is about CRM, because I am finding web application that can integrate with freepbx for operators. In my case operator should classify the call type.
I am using Zoiper, miroSIP softphones but these are not enough for usage.

what is not enough from Zoiper of you?
Maybe free version you have not liked because supports only one sip account but paid one supports almost everything what you needed…
