Webhook for incoming calls

Hello!

I’m a relative newbie to FreePBX, but I’ve managed to solve quite a few things.

Now the next one should be, when there is an incoming call FreePBX should call a webhook with the called peer id in it.
How can I solve this?

Example url:
https://example.com/webhook?extID=(extID)

I got as far as writing it in extensions_custom.conf, but the syntax is not clear to me.
Can you help me?
