We are getting restricted route when dialing out on

There is a feature called “Restricted Route” that limits outbound calling on your outbound routes. Have you looked in there? It appears that you are also using the CRM module, which appears to be directing your calls to said restricted route, but I doubt that’s an issue.

What other commercial modules are you using? Specifically, are you using the Class of Service module?

The seven minute thing is something else altogether.
