Wallboard, queuestatus is not updating

I notice my FreePBX wallboard, call queuestatus (at <freePBX_IP>/wallboard/queuestatus.php) is not updating after I upgrade my FreePBX from 6.12.65 to 10.13.66.
All the numbers remain at 0 no matter how many call there were answered or in queue.
How do I troubleshoot this issue?

Not sure what that is but it’s not something made by us.

Is there way to view information like Queue Number, Calls in queue, Answered calls, Abandoned calls, Average hold time, Average talk time?

I followed this article and was able to get the callqueue.php status page to load but still it’s not updating at all even there are calls in queue.

You need to take this to them. It is a third party app.
