VPN Troubles

I am fairly new. Setting up a VPN phone for the first time and I’m having troubles. I have followed the link to the letter multiple times and cannot seem to get the phone to work from a remote location.

I can get it to work locally. I see VPN activated and am unable to make calls. Any other things I could be missing from this guide?

Are the phones registered over VPN?

I had the same issue last October, are you provisioning the phone first on the LAN side of the PBX?

Attempting to setup a Sangoma S500 externally on a VPN

I am pulling what little hair I have left in trying to register the phone with VPN active. I followed Lorne’s comment and provisioned my new S500 to work with the PBX locally to ensure it functions correctly. Then I followed Tony’s instructions (below) to the letter and followed the Wiki to the letter (I must be missing something) but I cannot get the phone to register.
