VAPI AI Attendant not answering queue calls after a time

I created a VAPI AI attendant and connected it via a trunk I created and custom extension I created.

When I dial the extension from another extension in the system, it gets to the VAPI attendant everytime. I am testing to make it so when someone calls from outside the system, I can have them go to this attendant. I put the custom extension in a queue, and calls will work from outside the system for a while.

Eventually, say an hour, it seems like calls stop going to the VAPI attendant from the queue, even while calls from other extensions on the system to the custom extension work just fine. Calls to the queue will ring out with no answer.

The Dial context on the custom extension:
PJSIP/vapi/sip:”myvapiassistant”@sip.vapi.ai,50,T

I’m not sure if I am missing something simple. The queue is set to call Extensions as Dialed.

I’m also up for a better way of sending calls to this if there is a recommendation?

You are going to need to provide logs.

It started working this morning when I went to grab the logs. Maybe it had something to do with the Microsoft outage yesterday. I will keep testing again today and provide logs if it fails again.
