Upgrade vs Reinstall

I have two FreePBX deployments that for a variety of reasons I want to do re-installs on (instead of upgrades). One is on 12.0.74 and one is on 12.0.75. They both have System Builder Basic entitlements.

Can you point me to the process I need to use to ensure my configuration as well as commercial module entitlements are preserved during this process?

Your deployment ID is shown in Admin, System Admin, Activation or from the CLI with: fwconsole sa info Once you have the Deployment ID, open a customer service ticket with your user details and dep ID, so we can get things straightened out.

This is a pretty good discussion of the topic. Transferring deployment IDs between systems is reasonably simple and can be handled through the existing deployment transfer process in the Wiki.
