Hikvision Outdoor with cam unit configured as sip account in our Freepbx server.
Grandstream GXV3370 with basic sip configuration in the same Freepbx server.
Workflow always worked and so, during a call, we always received audio and video on our GXV3370.
Suddenly only video (audio still work fine) stop to flow and an error come up on Freepbx server

I understand that i writing very generic information but after full update of the server and a lot of test i have no more idea of what i can check other than recreate the server from scratch.
Maybe some “orphan” record in the db?
