I’ve recently setup a new FreePBX system on a Digital Ocean Droplet. I was able to setup my SIP Trunk with VoIP.ms. I am able to receive calls normally, but I am unable to make outbound calls.

Your log is purely the SIP transactions, we would need your /var/log/asterisk/full logs with a verbosity of at least 3
How did you generate what you posted ?
