UCP Widgets/ User permissions

Here’s the English translation:

Recently I installed FreePBX 17 to use it as a Fax Server and avoid ATA issues and on-site problems. I’m trying to configure UCP so that clients only have access to the Fax module and that’s it — I already created the user template. The problem is that even though I created a group in User Management and changed all the permissions to “no” or disabled them except Fax, when I log in as one of the users they can still see the widgets, the button to reset the template, and the dashboard locks. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong and I’ve already searched but without success. I just want the user to have access only to the Fax Pro module and log out, nothing else. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @VincentYadiel This is expected FreePBX behavior. In UCP, if a module is installed, its widgets and dashboard framework remain visible; User Management can only control permissions for certain modules, not hide all widgets.

For example, if the CDR module is installed, its widget appears, but users cannot add or use it unless CDR access is enabled for them (they’ll see a permission warning instead).
