UCP Templates Not Assigning Properly

Continuing the discussion from UCP Template Not Assigning Without Intervention:

Hi, I had forgot all about this until now, when I’m working with the UCP again. I’m curious if anyone knows about what might be causing this?

To summarize the original topic:

I created a template for faxing in the UCP. Then I assigned it to a user through the UCP tab in User Management. I made sure to Apply Config as well. When I sign in as that user, there is a blank dashboard to create a new dashboard. If I click the reset button, then the template comes in. I would ideally like it to be able to apply the template without the user having to reset.
