Hello: when I enable the use and try to login UCP, the GUI keeps show processing and more repose after 10 mini. Do I need to reinstall UCP?
check modules upgrades. if all up to date re-install UCP again.
what is saying UCP logs? /var/log/asterisk/ucp_error or ucp_out

You have mail in /var/spool/mail/root

Lets start from beginning. Which FreePBX version you are using ? Is it installed from ISO/Scrip if its a FreePBX-17. And post here some module versions.

i tried to take backup from my old server to newer version but backup load was failed due to incompatible versions
maybe you can try manuel backup / restore with Bulk Handler?
Or install FPpx-16 and try to restore your backup there.. if it works you can make backup from 16 restore to 17?
