UCP - How to disable voicemail deletion

Hello,

in our company we start use UCP for operators. They have access to voicemail there. It is possible to set to operator not allowed to delete voicemail? They see 4 icons - listen to voicemail, forward voicemail, DELETE and download. DELETE we do not want to use for operators.
