FreePBX 17.0.19.28
I have one instance of FPBX running where a UCP user logs in and has access to all extensions for CDR/call recordings. Despite updating the extension names and applying the changes, the names do not update in UCP accordingly. This has been verified across multiple browsers, clearing cookies, and using incognito. The old names remain and this is with all extensions shown. However, when I edit the extension list that the UCP user has access to, the correct, up-to-date names show there. Just not in UCP where they go into the picker, select Call History, and it lists the extensions there to be added to a dashboard. I have tried all of the following:
- Applied all changes
- Restarted UCP (fwconsole restart ucp && fwconsole reload)
- Restarted entire server
- Created a new UCP user after the name changes (still showed old names)
I’m not sure if there is a cache that UCP is reading from that is not clearing/updating or what. I tested this very thing on another instance I run, under the exact same versions of all modules, and updating the extension name, applying the changes, and logging out/in UCP immediately reflects the updated name. What am I missing?
