Wondering if there are additional widgets available to use in the UCP for more phone admins? We are trying to move from an older switchvox system and we have more staff than I realized that used the switchboard web feature. Wondering if there is a full extension status widget? Like the misspelled Call Activity widget shared below?
Another one they use pretty frequently is the parked calls widget. It would be nice to have a widget that can view any parked calls in the one parking lot we use.
