Trunk Gateway randomly unreachable

My Setup

  1. Zoiper (Dynamic iP behind a NAT)
  2. FreePBX (Static Public iP)
  3. Yeastar (Dynamic iP behind a NAT)

Currently i’m facing like Yeastar randomly unreachable to the FreePBX itself and i check Fail2Ban seems not blocking any iP of it, been try to debug but no clue on this. Anyone facing or able to provide guidance on this ?

Like after i try to reboot the Yeastar then able to reach again
