I had a situation where a time condition override was enabled and the management thinks this should not have been done and want to know who/when the override was enabled.
Overrides have feature codes, which I checked the regular log for and don’t see that being dialed so I assume it was done through the PhoneApp on the Sangoma Phones.
Is there a log for actions taken in PhoneApps that would indicate who and when turned on the override for that time condition?
I checked the full log, that feature code for the time condition was not dialed, so it must have been through the phoneapp as the users do not have access to UCP or Admin Interface.
