We would like to link a Time Condition to Inbound Routes that is possible
what we want is when our customers call us when it is outside our office time that they get a message that we are closed and the most hangup and when they are open that they are being redirected to IVR
we have create the Time GROUP
how can get this working
You point the destination of the Inbound Route to the Time Condition that Time Group is used by.

I have solved it
by doing like this Inbound Route Set Destination – > Time Conditions – F2G Office Time
Destination matches – IVR
Destination non-matches – Play Recording
