Sync user and extension names or allow users to update extension name from UCP

Is this something that was rolled out at some point? It would be nice to be able to update extension names and not just the user manager name from UCP.

Last I can find is this from 4 years ago

The ticket appears to have a few updates in February 2019 and then nothing since.
