Suspected Spam Caller ID - Flowroute

I am a user, not a phone guy or a programmer.

I bought a new vanity DID for my son’s business and have it at Flowroute.

Calls through that DID appear as “suspected spam”. Is there a best way to fix it? Or any way to fix it?

Google is sending my on a Google Goose chase…

I found a site called FreeCallRegistry and I registered there, but I was wondering if I should do anything with Flowroute?
