Suddenly Now Unable to Access Admin Panel FreePBX 14.1.-1 Distro

I’m running FreePBX CentOS distro and according to yum list freepbx* it is version 14.1-1.sng7

I cannot access my admin panel at http://mydomain.com/admin/config.php

The server has been up and running without issue for over a year and no previous issues accessing the admin config area until now. Still the entire server seems to be running fine. I can make and receive phone calls, I just can’t access the admin url.

Here is what I’ve tried so far.

Started and stop the firewall
Restarted the server completely
Restarted FreePBX with fwconsole restart
Added my local IP to the firewall fwconsole firewall add trusted MY_FIOS_IPADDRESS_HERE
stopped httpd and restarted it
Looked at httpd error log at /var/log/httpd/error_log and I’m seeing the following error repeated over the past few days:

[Fri Jul 05 17:28;46.483719 2019] [suexec:notice] [pid 11120] AH01232: suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec) AH00558: httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using freepbx.sangoma.local. Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this message.

I am not sure why freepbx.sangoma.local is showing up in my httpd error_log file Nor do I know to fix it. Nor do I know if that is the reason I cannot access my admin panel.

When I go to my admin panel URL I get the following message in Chrome

This site can’t be reached mydomainname.com took too long to respond.
Search Google for mydomainname admin config
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I am running this distro on a VPS with Vultr

I am using the FreePBX firewall. There is no firewall setup with Vultr directly.

I just ended up going through the steps on https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/PPS/Upgrading+SNG7+PBX+to+latest+SNG7+Version and upgraded to the latest SNG7 version and all is working now.
