SSH Login?

New setup of FreePBX version 17. The admin login used for the web admin console returns access denied when trying to use SSH. The root account also is not working as I understand this is normal unless you allow access.

What user account should be used and why is the main admin user for FreePBX not working?

OK I figured it out. I was not using the shortname of the user account created when signing in.
