SQL - Invalid datetime format

Hello.
I use rules holidays from Google Calendar in “Time Conditions”. But when saving, an error appears MariaDB.

SQLSTATE[22007]: Invalid datetime format: 1366 Incorrect integer value: '' for column `asterisk`.`timeconditions`.`time` at row 1
