[SOLVED] Suddenly queue agents phones not ringing - SIP/2.0 400 Bad Request

hi all,

from one day to the other this problem occured:

our main telephone number gets in IVR, Clients select a number and gets into the chosen queue.

But the phone of the agents arent ringing anymore, i have not changed hardware or software, it just stopped working.

For everey phone that is not ringing there is this error message in console:

outbound calls working fine, direct inbound calls to the agents are working fine.

Please can somebody help me?



the problem was caused by our CID Lookup Source.

The provider changed sonething, dont know what, yet.

I deactivated the CID Lookup Source, and all is working again.
