SOLVED: 401 Unauthorized when trying to connect extension with softphone

Hello,

I am a new noob here. I have installed and configured my PBX and also added SIP Extensions. But when I am trying to connect my extension using softphone [I don’t have physical phone set] it says Unauthorized 401. My PBX version is 10.13.66-21.

Can you please help me? What could be the possible reasons?

My extension is Chan SIP.
How can I fix this?

Thank you for your help. Now it is fixed. I was trying to connect on port 5060. But Chan SIP listen for request on 5160. I have change the port on softphone and it is working!
