Hi, I have a similar issue to this previously locked topic from 2012.
Wondering if anyone has anything. I have tried another tapi driver and can’t get that to work. Ideally, we’d have a softphone with tapi interface.
The thread talks about using 3XC free phone as the TAPI compliant device.
Yes, however, 3CX no longer provides the driver (which is necessary) for free. I’ve tried other drivers with the older free 3CX softphone, and it does. Not. Work.
Have you tried to engage with a TAPI developer, who still supports the software to see what they recommend?
