We have 3 extensions connected via a site to site IPsec VPN. The extensions can receive both outside calls and internal calls fine, and make outgoing calls. But when those extensions try to ring internal extensions at the main site, the receiving extension rings once and then goes to voicemail. The VPN works fine for RDP, file transfers etc etc. What am i missing?
Do you really mean that you hear one cycle of ring back tone, but the called phone doesn’t ring at all? I’m having difficulty understanding how the destination phone could start to ring, and then abort the call.
Without detailed logs, my only guess is that the destination phone doesn’t have a route configured to the VPN.
