I know I’m not the first person asking this but there never was a proper response here Scribe - Export I found where scribe claims to store a file by reading the database but the .unichanel file is useless for our intended workflow(embed the transcribed text in our crm) I’m happy to pay for the minutes but why isn’t there a way for me to use the data once that’s been done?

That’s disappointing to hear, what did you do in your situation just manually export it all?
Exporting is useful if you only have a few recordings—in my case, thousands per day. The other problem is that once you stop paying, you can’t even access previous recordings because the module is disabled, and as you’ve noticed, the recordings are in encrypted text files. I ultimately integrated the recordings into my project, also adding an AI layer for analyzing Business Intelligence KPIs.
