Is there a way to export the transcripts?
In the MySQL table, the audio files are linked to files with the .multichannel extension in /var/spool/asterisk/scribe but do not contain the transcripts or are encoded.

You have tried this option on scribe report page..?
Scribe → View Transcription → Click on tabular view , the select the transcription check box which will enable the download option

Yes, but the fact is that we have tens of thousands of transcriptions, doing it manually is a problem
