Sansay setup in Freepbx/PBXact 17

I was working off this link to setup Sansay and could not get this to work. Troubleshooting indicated that the error was in the MacoExit () portion of the custom context [macro-dialout-trunk-predial-hook]. This should be changed in the documentation to Return ().

Also with the switch to Debian linux looks like you need to do
sudo apt install jq

instead of

yum install jq
