We use the click to call target (deskphone) feature in Zulu to connect the phone number to be called with a desk phone.
Last time we tried Sangoma Connect this feature was not available.
Is this feature implemented still? Will it ever be implemented?
It’s here. You just need to set up the softphone client to direct calls to the desktop phone or mobile client.
Once completed you will see that the client is set to send calls to the deskphone
Enter your number in the dialpad and away you go.
Works with click to call too- you just need to turn on tel links in the settings.
That is great news. I’ve been holding off on upgrading from Zulu to Connect for years now.
We do use Tel links exclusively.
