Hello. I am new to FreePBX and I have a customer who requires SalesForce Integration with their Call Centre. Would anyone be able to provide me with the System Requirements for FreePBX and the CRM Link Module, please?

The CRM Module is supported on systems running the FreePBX Distro or PBXact.

Yes,it’s the only supported version currently.

So it wont work on PBXact correct?

It will work on PBXact 13.

I only see the suite crm / sugar crm I don’t see the salesforce option as described in the wiki

That’s means you have a older version and need to update your PBX

it says server up to date: 10.13.66-20 — i dont see a module admin update as in freepbx. how do i just update the crm module in PBXACT

Is there a way to manually update the module?

You need to upgrade framework to edge first:

fwconsole ma --edge upgrade framework
