Ring Group - When 2 calls coming in once the 1st call is answered the 2nd call does not ring all phones

Hi there

RIng group - When two calls cone in. All phones ring the 1st call is answered, but 2nd call does not ring all the phone, but is displayed as a incoming call on the polycom handsets. How do you make the phones ring? Do you have to set up a 2nd line or call waiting. Need your help!
