We are currently running v12. We have setup several ring groups however when calling a ring group externally, the DID name does not appear; only the caller’s phone number.
However, if I call the person direct phone number, the caller id name does appear. The name is only not showing if it goes thru a ring group.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
